A Culture Built on Listening and Continuous Engagement

We believe that our success starts with our people. TPI is deeply committed to cultivating an inclusive, transparent, and engaging workplace where every employee has a voice.

  • Continuous Listening Strategy: Through our Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Awareness (IDEA) program, we use a monthly “Continuous Listening” framework alongside an annual comprehensive engagement survey. This provides anonymous, honest spaces for feedback.
  • Data-Driven Workplace Improvements: In our latest survey, we achieved an incredible 98% aggregated participation rate and received over 12,000 associate comments. Our overall engagement and inclusion score increased to 7.9 out of 10, reflecting our ongoing commitment to employee satisfaction.
  • Global Leadership Accountability: TPI’s leadership prioritizes workforce engagement. Our regional teams analyze localized feedback to implement specific action plans, resulting in employee retention rates that consistently beat or meet geographic industry averages.

Commitment to Diversity, Fair Pay, and Labor Excellence

We maintain an environment of mutual respect, working closely with local human resource teams and external partners to ensure total compliance with regional labor standards and to foster strong, collaborative relationships with labor unions.

Equitable Compensation & Fair Pay Practices

  • Market-Median Benchmarking: We ensure our base compensation remains highly competitive by benchmarking every position against localized, regional, and national market data sources.
  • Bi-Annual Independent Pay Audits: TPI sponsors an independent, third-party law firm to conduct global fair pay practice reviews and disparate impact analyses bi-annually.
  • Proven Pay Equity: Our comprehensive audits look at pay equity across genders, as well as ethnic groups within the United States. Our data continuously demonstrates no statistically significant gaps in pay among the reviewed groups, ensuring equal pay for equal work.

Comprehensive Benefits & Associate Support

Your well-being matters. TPI aligns its comprehensive benefits packages with top-tier market standards, ensuring our associates and their families are fully supported through local social programs and company-sponsored initiatives.

Associate Training & Career Development

Continuous learning is deeply embedded in our culture. We are committed to robust associate development—ensuring our workforce is not only expertly prepared for their current roles but continuously equipped with the skills, knowledge, and leadership capabilities required for long-term career growth. Our training programs span every level of the organization, encompassing technical mastery, advanced composite engineering, safety compliance, and leadership development.

Great leaders build great cultures. TPI’s leadership development framework blends formal education, hands-on practical execution, competency-based assessments, and personalized growth planning.

  • Cornerstone Skill Building: Training covers critical modern management skills, including situational leadership, emotional intelligence, and proactive coaching.
  • Tiered & Regional Customization: Programs are uniquely mapped to senior, mid-level, and frontline leadership milestones, then tailored regionally to respect and celebrate local cultural nuances.
  • Leadership Microlearning: We supplement formal training with an agile microlearning platform. Leaders complete short, weekly modules focused on advanced management strategies and IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Awareness) principles, easily sharing key insights across their teams.
We foster collaborative, cross-organizational relationships through selective mentorship initiatives. High-potential associates are paired with management-level leaders for regular strategy and skill-building sessions. These programs accelerate professional development, cultivate internal networks, and encourage active knowledge-sharing across different business functions.
TPI supplements our formal educational training programs with a microlearning platform. We offer short learning modules on topics related to leadership and IDEA. A new focused topic is introduced to our leadership associates every week, and these leaders in turn can easily share key learnings with any TPI associate.
TPI Academy
TPI Academy is a critical platform for developing our technical talent. TPI Academy has expanded to incorporate multiple technical disciplines within TPI such as quality and operations. The goal for our engineers and technicians is to use TPI Academy to expand their knowledge of composite technology by learning from our most knowledgeable and experienced technical subject matter experts.

Our Technical Training Roadmap Includes:

  • Foundational & Advanced Tracks: Specialized technical coursework covering the latest innovations in advanced composite materials, molding, and blade aerodynamics.
  • Role-Specific Learning: Targeted training plans tailored to an associate’s specific engineering or manufacturing discipline, experience level, and facility location.
