Engineering & Preventative Services

  • Advanced engineering analysis and action
  • In-house data analysis by expert blade engineers
  • Technical report identifying failure modes and mitigation to reduce down-time
  • On-site field experts to remedy failures
  • Long term predictive and preventative service offerings

Inspection & Analysis

  • Non-contact and non-destructive inspection methods (UT)
  • Visualization of blade temperature comparisons
  • Remote inspections, i.e. drones with HD or thermal cameras
  • Annual and End of Warranty inspections; 
  • Shipping and construction damage inspections
  • Detection of erosion, corrosion, lightning, other failures and defects

Repair & Improvements

  • Internal and Structural damage repairs, i.e. shear web, spar cap, bond areas, reinforcements
  • Composite work, Lightning damage, Root repairs, cracks, and balancing
  • Gel Coat, Beacon paint, LE protection paint, 3M tape installation
  • Installation of blade enhancements to maximize energy production

  • GWO Working at Heights (ENSA, TSL or any equivalent high angle rescue)

  • OSHA 10 minimum (OSHA 30 preferred)
