TPI is committed to assuring the environmental, health and safety (EHS) integrity of its supply chain. Vendors, suppliers and sub-contractors should review and confirm adherence to TPI’s EHS Policy.

All Vendors shall adhere to TPI’s Human Rights Policy, as referenced in the Terms and Conditions and Supplier Code of Conduct that govern TPI business transactions

Standard Terms of Purchase & Master Agreement

TPI Standard Terms of Purchase or Master Agreement, serve as the controlling document for purchase unless modified by a TPI PO or by mutual agreement through a Supplier Agreement.
